Refund policy
At Zinitra, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if something goes wrong or you need to make a return, please review the following policy for refunds, returns, and cancellations.
Eligibility for Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We offer refunds under these conditions:
- Damaged or defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take photographs and contact us via email within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either refund you or send a replacement.
- Apparel, mug orders (Print-on-Demand): Since our apparel and mugs are made-to-order via print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or has a printing error. In such cases, we will coordinate with our print-on-demand supplier to resolve the issue promptly.
- Exchange Requests: Exchanges for different sizes or colors may not be available due to the made-to-order nature of our products. Please ensure you select the correct size and style when placing your order. Defective or incorrect items are eligible for exchange as per our other policies.
- Incorrect or missing Items: If we’ve made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item or quantity), notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly correct the issue by either providing a refund or sending the correct items.
- Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your order and offer a refund or replacement if necessary.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards, ''Final Sale'', ''Clearance'', downloadable products, or personalized/customized items, are not eligible for refunds or returns.
- To be eligible for a return: your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@zinitra.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed shipping instructions. Please ensure that you use a trackable shipping service, as customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations
We accept cancellations under the following conditions:
- The order has not yet been processed, or the print-on-demand item has not entered production. If you wish to cancel, contact us at info@zinitra.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
