UK Orders

  • Delivery Time: Most UK orders will arrive within 5 weeks.
  • Additional Charges: Please note that additional customs charges may apply depending on local regulations.
  • Note: If you are required to pay extra, please contact us. We will investigate your case and ensure corrections are made if something was not handled properly.

EU Orders

  • Delivery Time: Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.
  • VAT for Orders Below €150: VAT will be added during checkout for EU orders below €150. However, some countries may still incur additional customs charges, depending on local regulations.
  • Customs and Charges for Orders Above €150: Orders over €150 may be subject to additional customs fees, import taxes, and VAT. Buyers are responsible for paying these charges to release their order from customs.
  • Note: Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order.
